What the Heck are Diamonds and Terp Sauce?
The “diamonds & sauce” cannabis product doesn’t have a particularly pleasing appearance…but despite its weird look, never before has chunky slop tasted so good.
The concentrate, which is essentially a bizarre alien slime with a scattering of tiny, glass-like bits, has yet gained a strong following among hardcore cannabis smokers.
That’s because those pieces, or “diamonds,” are among the strongest cannabis products available, with THC levels that, when heated, can reach as high as 99%. Woop Woop.

How are Diamonds Made?
The process utilised to make sauce and diamonds is complicated, mad scientific stuff. First, uncured living resin is extracted from cannabis trim or flower using a solvent, frequently butane.
The process of “diamond mining” involves leaving the leftover saucy goo in a dark space after the solvent has been removed.
Separation occurs over a period of a few weeks, with the cannabinoid crystals forming on the bottom and the terpenes forming a liquified layer on top.
The amounts of various components are then individually purified before being mixed to create the finished product: THC-A crystals sitting in a terpene sauce puddle.
